Visualising the information we create and communicating it is becoming a critical part of modern decision making. No matter how good the analytics we generate, if we are unable to show results in a clear and succinct way the critical point of a message can be lost or incorrectly interpreted.
Being able to generate simple yet effective maps is the topic of this webinar. We will look at how to use colour and level of detail depending on scale and use, and the effect of annotation and geographic context to improve map interpretation. It will also consider how data can be grouped into classes for choropleth mapping and the implications of the method you choose.
