Everyone can sign up regardless of prior experience in real estate or finance in general. All teams will have at least one member with experience to help guide the team, so take advantage of an opportunity to develop your financial and market analysis, underwriting, and presentation skills and meet our distinguished judges from the private equity real estate industry.

The case will be available from 19/02/2020, including a kick-off event hosted by CUREFIS, and will contain the pertinent information regarding a commercial real estate acquisition. The teams will have to deliver a presentation containing the business case, proposed investment strategy, underwriting, and a brief overview of risks and possible mitigants. On 26/02/2020, 05.00-09.00 pm, the teams will present their analysis to a panel of industry judges. The presentations are limited to 15 minutes including a visualisation using MS Power Point, with a subsequent Q&A session (15 minutes) .
