CUREFIS is sending a team of 6 to participate in the inaugural UBC Saunders Real Estate Case Competition, where they will be competing against top universities from around the world, preparing analysis and making investment recommendations based on an actual commercial real estate transaction.

The team will have 5 days to prepare their analysis and presentation, and pitch their findings in front of a panel of real estate veterans, followed by a questions round of 20 minutes. The team will compete for approximately $C 20,000 in prize money, with approximately half of it going to the winning team.

CUREFIS is extremely grateful to UBC for hosting the competition, QuadReal for their support as the competition’s lead sponsor, and also the Cambridge University Department of Land Economy for sponsoring our team to fly over and compete. This will be an invaluable opportunity for our team to gain transaction experience.
